店家服務滿分 雖然沒有中文服務，但是英文是ok的，或者使用翻譯軟體也都可以通 唯一有點疑惑的點是剛辦理租車手續時，店家表示要選擇最高額度的保險險種他們才能出車，我租Voxy六天，這個保險要另外加價¥15000(折合新台幣約$3000)。

相比於OTS這家真的便宜很多還包含全險，而且店面位置很方便，就在小祿站附近，店家的服務態度也很好可以用英文交流 車上附贈的導航還提供中文語音服務，不過沒附贈也不能加購etc
