Yes. Full refund is available if cancelled 6 days or more before pickup; a 50% refund is available if cancelled 3 days or more before pickup. No refund will be issued if the above conditions are not met. Detailed refund terms will be displayed on the booking page.

To rent a car in Japan, you will need your original Taiwanese driver's license, a Japanese translation of your driver's license issued by the Motor Vehicle Office or JAF, and your passport. All three are required. It is recommended to obtain the translation before departure to avoid being unable to pick up the car on-site.

All vehicles listed under Family RENT CAR come with basic insurance as required by Japanese law. Deductibles and detailed coverage vary by vehicle; please refer to the individual vehicle registration card for details. For complete exclusions, you can purchase the Super Peace of Mind Plan on gogoout, which waives the deductible for vehicle damage and covers NOC (Normally Insured) business loss charges, giving you greater peace of mind when renting a car.

Family RENT CAR does not offer shuttle service; you will need to pick up and return the vehicle at the store. The store is located at 2-7-11 Gushi, Naha-shi, Okinawa-ken 901-0146 Japan, Naha, Okinawa . Please refer to the Google Map link at the top of this page for transportation information.

Family RENT CAR currently only offers pick-up and drop-off at the original store and does not support rental by one party and return by another.

The Family RENT CAR store primarily offers services in the local language or English. If you are concerned about language communication, you can contact gogoout's Chinese customer service for assistance with booking and car pickup.

Family RENT CAR offers the following equipment: Convertible Car Seat. Some items are limited in quantity or may require an additional charge; it is recommended to select these items when making a reservation or check with the store beforehand to confirm availability.

If you return the car after the agreed time, Family RENT CAR will calculate the overtime fee according to the vehicle's overtime policy. If your plans change, it is recommended that you contact the dealership or gogoout customer service in advance to coordinate and avoid additional charges.
