Yes, MY RENTCAR offers shuttle service at Miyako Airport、Shimoji-shima Airport. Please confirm the meeting point and time with the car rental company after making your reservation. The reservation confirmation email will contain the car rental company's contact information.
The current daily rental price for MY RENTCAR starts from TWD 1,400, with actual costs depending on the vehicle model, rental period, and pick-up and drop-off dates. You can view real-time quotes and available vehicles on the vehicle card at the top of this page.
Yes. Full refund is available if cancelled 6 days or more before pickup; a 50% refund is available if cancelled 3 days or more before pickup. No refund will be issued if the above conditions are not met.

To rent a car in Japan, you will need your original Taiwanese driver's license, a Japanese translation of your driver's license issued by the Motor Vehicle Office or JAF, and your passport. All three are required. It is recommended to obtain the translation before departure to avoid being unable to pick up the car on-site.
All vehicles listed under MY RENTCAR come with basic insurance as required by Japanese law. Deductibles and detailed coverage vary by vehicle; please refer to the individual vehicle registration card for details. For complete exclusions, you can purchase the Super Peace of Mind Plan on gogoout, which waives the deductible for vehicle damage and covers NOC (Normally Insured) business loss charges, giving you greater peace of mind when renting a car.
MY RENTCAR currently only offers pick-up and drop-off at the original store and does not support rental by one party and return by another.
The MY RENTCAR store primarily offers services in the local language or English. If you are concerned about language communication, you can contact gogoout's Chinese customer service for assistance with booking and car pickup.
MY RENTCAR offers the following equipment: Convertible Car Seat. Some items are limited in quantity or may require an additional charge; it is recommended to select these items when making a reservation or check with the store beforehand to confirm availability.
