如果你想讓旅程遊興敗壞，選這家okiyoyo準沒錯! 1.訂TOYOTA給你HONDA 網頁上的TOYOTA車像整新待賣二手車，給你的車傷痕累累，後視鏡外殼破損、很多小故障像要大保養的車， 車窗玻璃骯髒模糊，影響行車安全，白天拿車看不出來，晚上開車就要戰戰兢兢， 老闆解釋是TOYOTA的 車剛好故障，但好巧!當天和我一起取車有3組客人，一組台灣人說我訂的 是TOYOTA，為何不是TOYOTA，另一組好像講韓文，我聽不懂，但看他表情似乎戶也有點不爽! 我訂TOYOTA也變成要開的 戰戰兢兢的HONDA。 2.保險費網頁標價與現場取車收價差距高達50%以上(要多付)，這個 問題我請櫃檯說明，答案不知道，老闆來電說明，我問老闆為何差距那麼大，他掛我電話， 同樣的問題我問了 3次，1次掛我電話，2次說那是你們台灣訂車網頁的 問題，我是從gogoout訂車，映像中gogoout好像是日本網頁， 3.服務品質一點日本的品質都沒有(老闆自己承認他是強國人)，跟顧客的對話像上級對下級訓斥，我問他可以看保險說明文件嗎?他說:"跟你一點屁事關係都沒有，我憑甚麼給你看"， 老闆自認千錯萬錯都是顧客的錯，因為你不懂，老闆永遠不會錯!對話過程還會一直出現人身攻擊，的確!千錯萬錯都從選擇這家okiyoyo開始! 以上所言大多有證據，歡迎gogoout來查明!

1. 約定好了取車時間並沒有出現在取車地點，打電話過去才說要排司機出發，導致取車時間延誤。 2. 重點是！！！取車時當下才被告知保險的費用和方案涵蓋範圍都和原本gogoout上的描述不同，價格也比較高。 3. 即使接送服務是在gogoout上就設定好了，碰面時，中國接待還是一直說服我們換到離他們公司較近的輕軌站，雖然差一兩站不是很遠，也在我們的堅持下有送到原先的站，但我是覺得感受不太佳。

Be very careful about this company! 1. The shuttle is not reliable. I wait for almost an hour in a hot parking lot and then the driver was watching cellphone when driving; 2. the tires of my car were seriously worn out and the Chinese company owner tried hard to make me use the car anyway. I know this company is cheaper and that is why I booked it, but there is no free lunch. I give this company a 2 star because after 1.5 hours of communication, the Chinese company owner was willing to give me a full refund. (There should be difference between refund and no refund.) Even though I saw the company has 4.8 stars on google (you probably know why), the potential customers have to make their own judgement.

To rent a car in Japan, you will need your original Taiwanese driver's license, a Japanese translation of your driver's license issued by the Motor Vehicle Office or JAF, and your passport.
