車子很給力好開 店家較遠，不過有機場或車站接送服務就沒問題 有購買超級方案 但內容有一點是自碰撞要先自賠 超過20萬日幣才會保險賠 這點需多留意

店家人很好，每個員工都很熱心，主動有很多協助，旅客受到照顧確實十分溫暖。如果有6顆星我就給6顆。 取車處跟機場有距離，但接送服務很快，因為小店所以現場等候與交車手續很簡便，比起知名大連鎖租車，常常在接送等候與櫃檯作業花很多時間，在此店租車真的太棒了。 但車況太舊了，傷痕很多 當然清潔與保養有做，但就是很滄桑。我們好歹是提高預算租了86跑車， 大燈霧化，車身也沒有光澤，四處都是DIY補上的油漆，跟期待有落差。 同行朋友在同一店是租Yaris，外觀很陳舊，外觀亦是非常滄桑。後來是換了一台小K-car，空間與動力都差一級，但車齡較新，現場跟店家自願換小的，所以也沒退補差額。 租車雖是只是代步，但也是旅行體驗的一部分。當然作租車生意會有受損的風險，也是成本，但應該該修理的，該烤漆美容打蠟，還是基本要有的。沖繩天氣那麼好，開著一台外觀DIY補補修修的車子，還是有點失落的。

Yes, ME Rental Car offers car rental services in Chinese, allowing you to communicate seamlessly when renting a car overseas. Gogoout also provides Chinese customer service support at the pick-up location if you need assistance.
Yes. Full refund is available if cancelled 6 days or more before pickup; a 50% refund is available if cancelled 3 days or more before pickup. No refund will be issued if the above conditions are not met.

To rent a car in Japan, you will need your original Taiwanese driver's license, a Japanese translation of your driver's license issued by the Motor Vehicle Office or JAF, and your passport. All three are required. It is recommended to obtain the translation before departure to avoid being unable to pick up the car on-site.
All vehicles listed under ME Rental Car come with basic insurance as required by Japanese law. Deductibles and detailed coverage vary by vehicle; please refer to the individual vehicle registration card for details. For complete exclusions, you can purchase the Super Peace of Mind Plan on gogoout, which waives the deductible for vehicle damage and covers NOC (Normally Insured) business loss charges, giving you greater peace of mind when renting a car.
ME Rental Car currently only offers pick-up and drop-off at the original store and does not support rental by one party and return by another.
ME Rental Car offers the following equipment: Convertible Car Seat. Some items are limited in quantity or may require an additional charge; it is recommended to select these items when making a reservation or check with the store beforehand to confirm availability.
If you return the car after the agreed time, ME Rental Car will calculate the overtime fee according to the vehicle's overtime policy. If your plans change, it is recommended that you contact the dealership or gogoout customer service in advance to coordinate and avoid additional charges.
