第一天租車是約八點，但店家九點半才出現，其他整體還不錯。

建議租車前幾天先在email確認怎麼與店家聯繫，中途若有疑問也便於詢問。 租車時店員會協助連接藍牙，感覺很不錯。 租到的車除了上坡的起步以及加速很爛之外，其餘的方面都很不錯，蠻好開的。 在官網租車時可以選擇要不要加保險，但是是要到現場加購，我去的店家可刷卡或付現，加保NOC一天是3000日幣，如果是在營業時間外還車的話要加3000日幣，不確定是否每家一樣。 整體都蠻方便的。

機場接送好像都是外國人員工，雖然親切但話不多，沒有之前看留言可對應中文的人員，取車的地方有點遠，距離機場要15分鐘左右，遇到塞車會花到30分鐘以上，租車流程沒有像傳聞中其他大公司一樣嚴謹，可能因為我們選擇了最高的保險費用（可免除NOC)也沒有什麼檢查車況跟交接的時間，結果還車時也是一樣，沒檢查就讓我們把車交還了，對很多旅客來說可能是福音（？）唯獨車體清潔部分，螞蟻很多車上只有一點點的食物都會沾滿螞蟻，鞋子跟行李也都爬上很多螞蟻。。。應該是前面乘客在車內飲食留下來的，希望租車公司可以注意。
