系統很爛，我訂9:00～150:00應該直接成為一天的時間，結果系統沒有自動變成一天，搞得我因為堵車必須耽誤很多事無法準時完成，還有滿有給車其實沒有滿油給車，只開92公里確加油加到21.1公升每公升只跑4.4公里實在太坑

There was no mention on the twd 10000 deposit for potential traffic offences. I have no choice but to comply as i need the car. I paid sgd 78.00 for additional insurance coverage but after i check on my credit card they have deductef an extra of abt sgd 89.00.

店家的服務沒有問題，就是我那天開的車方向盤手感怪怪的，前輪似乎有點飄 但是方向盤卻很重手，不知道是這一台車的問題，還是那一個車型都有這樣的狀況就是了。 還車時 向店家反應後，店家告知，會再特別檢查前輪定位的問題....

Gogoout staff communicated with me throughout to ensure the pickup process was hassle free. The rental process went smoothly after all. Rental staff took the time to explain and elaborate the features of the rental car. The dos' and the don'ts' on Taiwan roads. Overall, a great experience driving on Taiwanese roads.

I would have given it five star for everything if it's not because of the petrol gauge of the car. Suspect there was some issue with the gauge as we travelled from Taipei to Alishan and upon reaching Alishan it was only 1 level down from full tank. This can cause trouble should we depend fully on the petrol gauge to fill up. Besides this, the car was in good shape, staff at the rental office courteous and helpful, location of the rental office was easy to get to and near Taipei Main Station (although too far to walk to). Returning the car was also easy and quick.

The car we got was good with some funny noise when you reverse, however it took us from Taipei to Alishan and back with no problem. Clean in and out, no smell. The staff was professional in explaining each step including additional insurance with an external supplier with zero deductible if we prefer. The staff also marked and walked through the blemish of the car to us. But in case any damage happens, you will have to pay upfront for the cost and the staff will assist the customer to claim back from the insurance. We bought the additional insurance but nothing happen to us. The return process was straightforward too. The only big concern we had was that the office staff had contacted me through WhatsApp just to establish contact right after we left the office. Few hours later while we were having dinner at Alishan, the same contact had texted me to ask for a favour to transfer NT10000 to their friend in MYR and will credit back to me in USD. The sender was persistent to follow up with me with the same request couple of times even when I ignored it. We showed the staff the WhatsApp message I received from their office number and asked for some explanation. The staff was apologetic while being shocked to see such request. After some investigation, they emailed me that the money transfer request was not done by any of their staff. No further assistance was offered. The only entity in Taiwan that knows about my WhatsApp contact is Jie Bao. While there may not be any intentional breach of privacy but my number was compromised and an attempt of fraud was made through their system.
