I recently rented a car and was extremely dissatisfied with the experience. When booking, I selected a specific car model that was shown on the website. However, upon arrival, I was given a completely different model. When I asked about the discrepancy, I was told that the car brand cannot be guaranteed, even though the website showed pictures for us to choose from. To make matters worse, the car I was given was in a completely different segment than what I had originally booked. I asked if I could switch to a different car, but they claimed there were no other options available. This experience was very frustrating and unprofessional. If you cannot guarantee the car models shown, then don’t show them as options during the booking process. It creates false expectations and ruins the customer experience. I will think twice before renting from this company again

看错了日子，不能退也不能换，只能作废　－1★ 但是临时也安排了一辆车可以当天租，虽然贵了一些，但总比一天行程泡汤要好，而且全程也比较有耐心的回答一些问题 +1★ 位置也相对方便

MITSUBISHI COLT+

1.車輛看似很新（三菱colt plus)，但應該傳動或引擎有問題，起步入檔，換檔都卡頓及爆衝，服務人員說是原廠問題，但個人過往開過同款式年份不同（較舊）的車沒有這樣的狀況 2.車內清潔不到位，車門有黃漬，化妝鏡及後照鏡都是霧的，服務人員說明，車輛回來都會送車內美容，他們僅負責外觀處理，這點與我在其他家了解的流程不同，或許他們簽約美容店家需要調整。 3.說有行車記錄器內建，但後照鏡，車頭都沒看到鏡頭，也沒在安卓機中找到可供查詢的程式，對所謂內建的說法持保留態度，萬一真發生事故，可能會無法查詢資料。 4.在gogoout訂車，取車時間是08：00，因雨約晚到20分，當時服務人員交其他車中，大約等10-15分，最終交完車時已09：10左右，還車也是因塞車所以08：30到，受限平台規定，仍需收逾時費200，順帶一提，每日是5小時算一天，要租的人要特別注意，服務人員說透過官方訂車可略有彈性（逾時部分）
