牽車時服務人員很好，很細心耐心講解，還車時（車開到店門口我都沒說要還車，人員就自己什麼也沒說的拿走單子跟鑰匙⋯有夠沒禮貌，況且我還提早還車，那個時間本來就還是我能使用車子的時間）那個服務人員完全沒有問，自己檢查完車後就自己回辦公室，後面才打電話說我要回去簽名付過路費⋯整個很瞎，還強詞奪理說有告知？睜眼說瞎話，且完全不尊重，我還提早四個小時還車被這樣對待，真的很差的體驗
