Gogoout didn’t inform us or stated in website that additional insurance doesn’t cover overseas driver. We only found out on the day we picked up the vehicle. The package we paid in gogoout only cover third party insurance . The shop owner said none of the car insurance companies cover overseas driver now, and gogoout won’t let us cancel the booking (we had fully paid). After a while gogoout (need to be contacted by LINE, no one answered the phone) managed to find us an overseas car rental company www.rentalcover.com , which keep us insured. So we spend almost half an hour in the shop because of this

老闆非常客氣，提早一個小時致電詢問是否可以提早取車，老闆說車子回來也整理好了，可以提早取～還車時也很乾脆的協助處理

相當具在地性的租車公司，與連鎖租車公司截然不同的租車流程，沒有那麼嚴謹完整的作業流程，但卻多了信任與人情味。
