I rented a car through KKday’s platform, and the service provider is gogoout, but when I arrived at the store, they informed me that foreigners cannot purchase additional insurance and that only local Taiwanese can. If any accidents occur, I would need to pay for damages myself. As a foreigner, this is extremely risky for me. To make matters worse, KKday's rental voucher states, "The actual cost and details of coverage are subject to the store's on-site explanation," which prevented me from getting a refund. This practice is unfair and unreasonable to consumers, and I feel very disappointed. I hope other foreigners carefully consider the risks when renting a car and choose wisely.

您好,很抱歉讓您遇到此次不愉快的租車經驗,針對保險的部分,我們公司目前僅和平台配合的保險公司合作,現況僅提供給擁有台灣駕照的使用者投保,針對國際旅客的部分是沒有辦法投保的,國際旅客消費者若需要投保相關保險,絕大部分都會使用本國內的旅遊險或是信用卡提供等相關保險,網站上已有明確註明僅包含強制險，與門市實際提供的產品相符，並未與產品內容不相符之情形。

除了選符合人數需求的車輛，已知是年份稍久的車（車齡沒記錯在十年內），開起來沒有影響。 事前傷痕現場拿車時，雙方都有做拍照錄影作紀錄，還車也是有檢查過。 車內乾淨，可借手機支架。 上路後碰到胎壓亮燈問題，詢問租車行後除了自行檢查外，（租車行表示這台車剛保養回來，如果輪胎檢查沒問題，可能是設定問題）。 為保安全有特意花時間自行去車廠檢查，（週日Toyota原廠早上8:30有營業）。
