【Non-Operation Charge / NOC (Business Compensation)】
In the event of an accident, theft, breakdown, contamination, etc. during the rental period,
if the vehicle requires repair or cleaning, the following fees will be charged as compensation for business loss,
regardless of the damage level or repair period.

By purchasing the NOC Compensation Option, the customer burden can be changed to ¥0.
<Notes>

【About the Insurance Coverage System】
All of our rental cars include optional insurance,
however, in the event of an accident, there may be cases where the customer is responsible for a portion of the costs.
For such situations, we offer optional coverage plans that can reduce or waive the customer’s out-of-pocket expenses.
▪️Collision Damage Waiver (CDW)
Normally, in the event of an accident, a deductible (up to ¥400,000) under the optional insurance will be charged to the customer.
The Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) is an option that waives this deductible.
This option is applied as a standard feature to all vehicles, so there is no additional cost.
In other words, even if an accident occurs, the deductible under the optional insurance will not be charged to you.
→ In the event of an accident,
there is no customer burden for the insurance deductible (up to ¥400,000).

若沒有歸還車輛時的插曲，整體是推薦的！但還車檢查時，突然被告知車輛有毀損，嚇了一跳！帶著我看毀損的地方後，和他說，這交車時就有的傷痕，回答：若有問題的話，可以報警！大概問了要修的價格，看他手機翻譯，寫著可能要25萬日元！嚇死人了！黑店嗎？趕快查找交車前的影片來對比，明顯是交車前就有的傷痕，看了之後說：還要比對，就進去辦公室幾分鍾後，出來說聲抱歉！確定是之前的傷痕！雖然放了心，也是用他交車前拍的影片來證明，相信他不是故意找碴，但回家心情已經完全被他打擊了！回機場車上還傳了一張8折優惠卷給我，下次還來？下車時，也特地用翻譯告知他，日本的修車費也太恐怖了！一點小擦傷要25萬日元！租車有全險，但要有報警才有理賠！網上租車時，說會有中文的工作人員，根本就都是手機翻譯！噗…
