連假期間租車，第一天早上出車就拋錨，雖然有幫我們升級換車，但已是下午接近3點，等待期間因車子故障導致的費用，完全不負責！ 平台回應我：由於取車時的流程及用車中車況會屬於取車人與店家實際發生的情況。因為平台沒有實際在現場，建議後續可以您店家直接聯繫處理。 學一次經驗，租車還是跟有店面的業者承租比較有保障，至少租的當下可不知道車況，而不是像這樣的平台，找一間品質很差的業者，提供車況不佳的車子，問題連連還申訴無門
