Sakura rental a car(Naha Airport)

All in all a good experience! There were some issues with our pick-up service, but I just sent them a message on WhatsApp and got picked up shortly after. Picking up the car went smoothly, and while we were doing the paperworks the car was made ready for us, our suitcases were put inside it, and the aircondition was turned on so it was nice and cool inside the car. Drop off also went smoothly, and we just waited inside for 10 minutes while they went over the car/cleaned it to make sure it was in a good shape. We rented a Suzuki Hustler, which was a great car! Good to drive, easy to park, and very cheap with fuel! It also had a device so we could use bluetooth to play music, but it took us a day to figure it out. On the day before delivering the car back, we sent a message on WhatsApp confirming our airport drop off. Always a fast respond on WhatsApp, English was good, and the airport drop off went very smoothly! Highly recommend, had no issues at all!

此次租借到的車輛為 Suzuki Hustler，但車況感覺較為老舊，車載系統不支援中文介面、影音功能及 Apple CarPlay，導航與使用體驗相對受到限制。旅途中只能透過手機支架輔助導航，但支架固定效果不佳，行駛過程中經常鬆脫掉落，使用上較為困擾，也對行車便利性造成一定影響。 另外，車輛配備的 IDLE 怠速熄火系統會在等紅燈或短暫停車時自動關閉引擎，並於鬆開煞車後重新啟動。雖然此功能有助於節省燃油及降低排放，但對於不熟悉此系統的駕駛而言，需要一些時間適應，初次使用時會感覺較不習慣。 不過值得肯定的是，現場服務人員的接待態度相當親切且專業，無論是在取車說明或相關協助方面都十分用心，讓人感受到良好的服務品質。 整體而言，本次租車體驗尚可，但若能提供較新款的車型，並配備支援中文介面、Apple CarPlay 或 Android Auto 的車載系統，相信能大幅提升旅客的使用便利性與整體滿意度。期待下次租車時能有機會體驗更新、更完善的車款。
