1. 約定好了取車時間並沒有出現在取車地點，打電話過去才說要排司機出發，導致取車時間延誤。 2. 重點是！！！取車時當下才被告知保險的費用和方案涵蓋範圍都和原本gogoout上的描述不同，價格也比較高。 3. 即使接送服務是在gogoout上就設定好了，碰面時，中國接待還是一直說服我們換到離他們公司較近的輕軌站，雖然差一兩站不是很遠，也在我們的堅持下有送到原先的站，但我是覺得感受不太佳。

Be very careful about this company! 1. The shuttle is not reliable. I wait for almost an hour in a hot parking lot and then the driver was watching cellphone when driving; 2. the tires of my car were seriously worn out and the Chinese company owner tried hard to make me use the car anyway. I know this company is cheaper and that is why I booked it, but there is no free lunch. I give this company a 2 star because after 1.5 hours of communication, the Chinese company owner was willing to give me a full refund. (There should be difference between refund and no refund.) Even though I saw the company has 4.8 stars on google (you probably know why), the potential customers have to make their own judgement.

車子老舊有菸味，現場也沒有其他狀況好的車子可以更換。以價格來說並沒有特別便宜。有點令人失望

遇到問題店家能及時回覆，很棒，下次去沖繩會再次租車

雖然租的是舊車，但是內部有很多使用痕跡及灰塵是明顯可以靠清潔去除的。但很明顯，這台車好像幾乎沒有在打掃的樣子。不過價格算便宜，只是清潔的部分低於我們對日本人的期待。
