The process for the pick up and return of rented car is efficient and staff is helpful. The after service when you are involve in accident is excellent with the staff patiently guiding you on the follow-up actions. Very clear explanation was given upon collection of car. The car can be cleaned up before handing over to the customer, but overall is good experience
