I booked the car late the evening prior, and I don't think the owner/manager noticed the booking until after I arrived at the shop for pickup. I called him from the shop and he promptly arrived within 15 minutes. I recommend just calling first before pickup and dropoff to confirm someone will be there to receive you.

Yes. Full refund is available if cancelled 6 days or more before pickup; a 50% refund is available if cancelled 3 days or more before pickup. No refund will be issued if the above conditions are not met.

Star Car Rental (Shilin) does not offer shuttle service; you will need to pick up and return the vehicle at the store. - Driver license needs to be held more than 1 year
If you return the car after the agreed time, Star Car Rental (Shilin) will calculate the overtime fee according to the vehicle's overtime policy. If your plans change, it is recommended that you contact the dealership or gogoout customer service in advance to coordinate and avoid additional charges.
