  • Charged loss of use fees if car damage
  • Charged diminished value fees if car damage
  • Deposit or sign a blank check (international driving permit)
  • Driver license needs to be held more than 1 year (2 years for imported car)
  • Interior Disinfection
  • Deposit is required at the counter
  • The Lessee imported car shall be fully 25 years of age
  • Pick up with the paid credit card
  • Pickup and return at the store
  • Insurance upgrades can be purchased on-site.

  • Mileage Policy: Over 400 KM/Day, Every KM Charge 5 $
  • Fuel Policy: Full to full
  • Cancellation Policies: (Moderate) Free cancellation 6 days before the pick-up time. Cancellation made before 3 days of the pick-up time will refund 50% of the rent fee. No refund within 3 days prior to the pick-up time.

It was good experience to rent a car for 4 days to travel around Taiwan. The only minus points are that the rental process took almost one hour to rent and half an hour to return the car, and there were no fully covered insurance. The rest was good. The car was a clean and brand new Toyota car of this year, easy and powerful enough to drive around including highways. The staffs of the shop was kind and sincere.

當日預訂租車4日，因故不能使用租賃的車輛，卻告知不能取消，ㄧ連4日的租車費也ㄧ毛也沒有退給消費者，最後花了5700元，車也沒使用到，錢也沒退，租了個空氣！！！已申訴行政院消費者保護會，保護消費者的權益！
