予防
- 走行距離を超過した場合の説明: 400 キロ／日を超過, キロメートルごとに請求する 2 元
- 返却時のガソリンに関して: 受取時と同じガソリンの量
- キャンセルに関して: (一般的) 乗車日の 6 日まで取消し手数料無料 乗車日の 3 日までの取消しは 50％を返金いたします。それ以外は返金対応いたしかねます。

Booking via gogoout was great and made very easy and much appreciated in English for us non-Chinese speaking visitors. We have no complains for gogoout however there was a slight challenge with pick up of the car at partner Manba Rental due to setting up of child car seat. There was initially no child car seat set up despite it being ordered in our rental agreement, and then the ones they then provided were dirty from storage and ill fitting to the car. To their credit, one of the staff finally found another she borrowed from elsewhere and it worked very well for our use. Also Manba Rental had no English speaking staff and thankfully one of us was Mandarin speaking and able to get by. Overall, we have no major complains and it was a very fuss free and simple pick up/drop off. Will book via gogoout again.

今次我們租了一輛8人車，在網路上租車時寫著的是9年內的車，但到取車時發現車輛並不殘舊，我們6人坐得很舒適，租還車流程𣈱順，可惜是還車時找了很久才能找到一個有柴油供應的油站，以致我們遲了還車（沒有收取額外費用，讚）
