  • Cancellation Policies: (Moderate) Free cancellation 6 days before the pick-up time. Cancellation made before 3 days of the pick-up time will refund 50% of the rent fee. No refund within 3 days prior to the pick-up time.

車子很新, 服務員也細心解釋, 一起檢查車輛, 很公道. 回程在高雄左營店, 也沒有很挑剔車輛, 沒有大問題就OK 了. 只是要駛進行人路還車, 有點不方便. 很推薦這商家. 不用擔心.

如果您想來一場PUA的體驗，歡迎到此店家消費 帶給您不一樣的憤怒體驗喔 我們透過Gogoout預定租車，且未詳細寫明車款，到租車處說明我們車款為Yaris，當日店家說明Yaris無車所以直接升級為Tida，店家心不甘情不願的說明租借直接升級Tida給我們使用，之後又開始陰陽怪氣的說我們付款金額太便宜，和行情價有落差；之後和我們說明多加保B式保險，說如果自撞最高只收8000元， 結果我們真的不小心刮到車底盤了，因為我們租車是租1天又三小時，但因為保險只能以日計算，所以我們先趕快打電話跟直航說，他就像敲竹槓一樣跟我們說如果只有掉漆的話烤漆「只會」跟我們收5000 ！？但如果内裝也有刮損的話就要辦出險，然後要先跟我們收 8000，還要收進場維修的天數費用跟車輛的折舊費用，明明就只有掉漆，我也請修車大哥估算過價錢落在2000-3000元。 1. 在Gogoout出租，是貴公司的行銷策略，價格也不是顧客可以更改 2. 我們為提前預訂店家無保留車款，是店家自己的問題 以上的情緒和問題均是貴司內部問題，和顧客無任何關係，把不滿的情緒帶給客人相當不合理 3. 店家推薦加保B式保險，只是騙錢的話術，合約上無保險公司名稱也無合約，根本沒加保，一切都是店家敲詐的方式 總結 店家會採取情緒勒索方式，陰陽怪氣行銷，如果很不幸刮傷車子，會以各種理由敲詐
