About the Store
－ 駕駛人必備證件 －
【台灣籍旅客】：
・規範年齡：承租人需年滿 20 歲，及駕照核發日期須滿1年以上
・信用卡：一律使用信用卡付款 (有效期限六個月以上)，恕不接受簽帳金融卡 / 借記卡，取車時須出示信用卡 (Visa / MasterCard / JCB / 美國運通卡) 進行預先授權之用。
・有效證件：台灣籍旅客需身分證件、本國籍駕照。
【外國籍旅客規範】：
・規範年齡：年滿20歲以上，及駕照核發日期須滿1年以上。
・信用卡：一律使用信用卡付款 (有效期限六個月以上)，恕不接受簽帳金融卡 / 借記卡，取車時須出示信用卡 (Visa / MasterCard / JCB / 美國運通卡) 進行預先授權之用。
1.【外國籍旅客有效證件】：需出示入境護照、當地駕照、國際駕照(IDP)，以上證件缺一不可，且需同一國籍。

Store Conditions
- Charged loss of use fees if car damage
- Charged diminished value fees if car damage
- Driver license needs to be held more than 1 year
- Driver license needs to be held more than 1 year (2 years for imported car)
- Return to different location with fee (please contact us)
- The Lessee imported car shall be fully 25 years of age
- Pick up with the paid credit card
- No pets allowed in the car
- Pickup and return at the store
- Insurance upgrades can be purchased on-site.
Store Notice
- Mileage Policy: Over 400 KM/Day, Every KM Charge 5 $
- Fuel Policy: Same as pick up
- Cancellation Policies: (Moderate) Free cancellation 6 days before the pick-up time. Cancellation made before 3 days of the pick-up time will refund 50% of the rent fee. No refund within 3 days prior to the pick-up time.

I booked Toyota Altos but they were going to give me Nissan Tidal which is smaller car. They said sometime you get what the store have, not always get the exact same car you booked. I refused and after fight for my right, they replaced with the Altos hybrid instead. I appreciated they tried. However, it was not a pleasant experience.

Delay in taking procession by about 40 minutes even though I arrived 20 minutes earlier. 服務人員服務態度很好，非常專業，各方面都解釋的非常清楚，非常好的體驗。車子很新，車況良好，可惜只有定速，未配備現在已經非常普遍的駕駛輔助系統（盲點，跟車，車道置中，環景等等全都沒有）。以承租價格來說，這部分感覺不足。

週六租車租一整天的方案，gogoout網站上寫9:00可取車，不過打電話與店家確認時店家說約10:30以後再取車，說前面會先服務現場的客人，車子內乾淨沒，交車前會先帶你確認車子有哪邊有狀況即目前里程數及油量也，到晚上8:00前還車，整體租車體驗還不錯。
