去之前對方就有用LINE保持聯繫，到機場後接送都滿順利的，但這家公司只能用英語溝通，地點離機場大約30分鐘車程，大概是唯一比較不方便的地方，也建議下次可以提前寄送接送資訊，因當天是客戶主動詢問後，才收到一份說明資料，但並不是很清楚。其他車子本身都很OK，也可免費送客戶回機場，或選擇加錢送到指定地點，基本上服務都很不錯。

I love this car rental company. We missed our flight and booked a new one. They picked up us from Naha airport on time. After the car returned, they took us back to hotel. The owner are pretty friendly.

Yes, NY Rental Car offers shuttle service at Naha Airport. Please confirm the meeting point and time with the car rental company after making your reservation. The reservation confirmation email will contain the car rental company's contact information.
Yes. Full refund is available if cancelled 6 days or more before pickup; a 50% refund is available if cancelled 3 days or more before pickup. No refund will be issued if the above conditions are not met.

To rent a car in Japan, you will need your original Taiwanese driver's license, a Japanese translation of your driver's license issued by the Motor Vehicle Office or JAF, and your passport. All three are required. It is recommended to obtain the translation before departure to avoid being unable to pick up the car on-site.
All vehicles listed under NY Rental Car come with basic insurance as required by Japanese law. Deductibles and detailed coverage vary by vehicle; please refer to the individual vehicle registration card for details. For complete exclusions, you can purchase the Super Peace of Mind Plan on gogoout, which waives the deductible for vehicle damage and covers NOC (Normally Insured) business loss charges, giving you greater peace of mind when renting a car.
