As a non-Mandarin speaking customer the replies to my questions were a bit delayed but i got all the information that I needed. The service I got from the car rental was adequate, also because they weren't English speakers but that was ok. Overall the experience was good.

店家叫我們用相機拍照整台車的外觀，還問我們要不要加保車損險和營業損失險，我說不用。還車時，他很仔細檢查車體，右邊靠近底盤的地方有一些刮痕，我們翻找原來的照片，證明那是舊傷。左邊靠近底盤的地方有一道刮痕，我們的照片沒有辦法證明那是舊傷。請修車廠估價要20萬日幣，另外，營業損失10萬日幣。我用信用卡付了這30萬日幣。事後，店家說在沖繩租車，車損很頻繁。我的還算少的，旁邊這台奧迪的修理費是台幣20萬。我心想，既然車損頻繁，你怎麼不早點告訴我應該要加保？感覺店家心態是只想賺錢，並不會替客人著想。

這次沖繩行帶了三大三小行李箱租了Nissan的休旅車 空間超大不但放得下 車子也超省油超好開的且服務態度很好 非常滿意！
