Yes. Full refund is available if cancelled 6 days or more before pickup; a 50% refund is available if cancelled 3 days or more before pickup. No refund will be issued if the above conditions are not met.

To rent a car in Japan, you will need your original Taiwanese driver's license, a Japanese translation of your driver's license issued by the Motor Vehicle Office or JAF, and your passport. All three are required. It is recommended to obtain the translation before departure to avoid being unable to pick up the car on-site.
All vehicles listed under [Jnet Rent-A-Car] None come with basic insurance as required by Japanese law. Deductibles and detailed coverage vary by vehicle; please refer to the individual vehicle registration card for details. For complete exclusions, you can purchase the Super Peace of Mind Plan on gogoout, which waives the deductible for vehicle damage and covers NOC (Normally Insured) business loss charges, giving you greater peace of mind when renting a car.
[Jnet Rent-A-Car] None currently only offers pick-up and drop-off at the original store and does not support rental by one party and return by another.
The [Jnet Rent-A-Car] None store primarily offers services in the local language or English. If you are concerned about language communication, you can contact gogoout's Chinese customer service for assistance with booking and car pickup.
If you return the car after the agreed time, [Jnet Rent-A-Car] None will calculate the overtime fee according to the vehicle's overtime policy. If your plans change, it is recommended that you contact the dealership or gogoout customer service in advance to coordinate and avoid additional charges.
In Japan, where Japan is located, vehicles drive on the left side of the road, the opposite of Taiwan. Therefore, all vehicles in [Jnet Rent-A-Car] None are right-hand drive. When driving in Japan for the first time, it is recommended to slow down, familiarize yourself with the steering wheel, wipers, and turn signals before accelerating.
[Jnet Rent-A-Car] None does not offer ETC card rental. When traveling on Japanese expressways, please use the regular lanes and pay tolls in cash.
