Yes. Full refund is available if cancelled 6 days or more before pickup; a 50% refund is available if cancelled 3 days or more before pickup. No refund will be issued if the above conditions are not met.

Every vehicle owned by RS Rent is insured with mandatory motor vehicle liability insurance in accordance with the law. Other coverages, such as third-party liability insurance and vehicle damage insurance, vary depending on the vehicle, and the deductible for vehicle damage also varies depending on the model. Please refer to the card for each model for the actual details.
RS Rent offers the following equipment: Convertible Car Seat. Some items are limited in quantity or may require an additional charge; it is recommended to select these items when making a reservation or check with the store beforehand to confirm availability.
If you return the car after the agreed time, RS Rent will calculate the overtime fee according to the vehicle's overtime policy. If your plans change, it is recommended that you contact the dealership or gogoout customer service in advance to coordinate and avoid additional charges.
