Yes, Friendly Car Rental offers shuttle service at Taichung High Speed Rail Station. Please confirm the meeting point and time with the car rental company after making your reservation. The reservation confirmation email will contain the car rental company's contact information.
The current daily rental price for Friendly Car Rental starts from TWD 1,500, with actual costs depending on the vehicle model, rental period, and pick-up and drop-off dates. You can view real-time quotes and available vehicles on the vehicle card at the top of this page.
Yes. Full refund is available if cancelled 6 days or more before pickup; a 50% refund is available if cancelled 3 days or more before pickup. No refund will be issued if the above conditions are not met.

When picking up your car at Friendly Car Rental, please bring your original driver's license, identification document, and the credit card used for the reservation. It is recommended to double-check your driver's license validity before picking up the car to avoid any issues.
Every vehicle owned by Friendly Car Rental is insured with mandatory motor vehicle liability insurance in accordance with the law. Other coverages, such as third-party liability insurance and vehicle damage insurance, vary depending on the vehicle, and the deductible for vehicle damage also varies depending on the model. Please refer to the card for each model for the actual details.
Friendly Car Rental currently only offers pick-up and drop-off at the original store and does not support rental by one party and return by another.
For car rentals at Friendly Car Rental, the deposit amount and related regulations are as follows:
- Deposit or sign a blank check (international driving permit)
- Deposit is required at the counter
Friendly Car Rental offers the following equipment: Convertible Car Seat. Some items are limited in quantity or may require an additional charge; it is recommended to select these items when making a reservation or check with the store beforehand to confirm availability.
