Yes, EDGO offers shuttle service at Taoyuan International Airport. Please confirm the meeting point and time with the car rental company after making your reservation. The reservation confirmation email will contain the car rental company's contact information.
Yes, EDGO offers a paid rental service where one party rents and the other returns the item. Please contact gogoout customer service for details on the scope of services offered.
Yes. Full refund is available if cancelled 6 days or more before pickup; a 50% refund is available if cancelled 3 days or more before pickup. No refund will be issued if the above conditions are not met.

When picking up your car at EDGO, please bring your original driver's license, identification document, and the credit card used for the reservation. It is recommended to double-check your driver's license validity before picking up the car to avoid any issues.
Every vehicle owned by EDGO is insured with mandatory motor vehicle liability insurance in accordance with the law. Other coverages, such as third-party liability insurance and vehicle damage insurance, vary depending on the vehicle, and the deductible for vehicle damage also varies depending on the model. Please refer to the card for each model for the actual details.
EDGO offers the following equipment: Convertible Car Seat. Some items are limited in quantity or may require an additional charge; it is recommended to select these items when making a reservation or check with the store beforehand to confirm availability.
When renting a car at EDGO, the driver's license and age requirements are as follows:
- Driver license needs to be held more than 1 year
- Driver license needs to be held more than 1 year (2 years for imported car)
If you return the car after the agreed time, EDGO will calculate the overtime fee according to the vehicle's overtime policy. If your plans change, it is recommended that you contact the dealership or gogoout customer service in advance to coordinate and avoid additional charges.
