Yes, FUKU RENT-A-CAR offers shuttle service at FUKUOKA Airport、JR Hakata Station. Please confirm the meeting point and time with the car rental company after making your reservation. The reservation confirmation email will contain the car rental company's contact information.
Yes, FUKU RENT-A-CAR offers car rental services in Chinese, allowing you to communicate seamlessly when renting a car overseas. Gogoout also provides Chinese customer service support at the pick-up location if you need assistance.
Yes. Full refund is available if cancelled 6 days or more before pickup; a 50% refund is available if cancelled 3 days or more before pickup. No refund will be issued if the above conditions are not met.

To rent a car in Japan, you will need your original Taiwanese driver's license, a Japanese translation of your driver's license issued by the Motor Vehicle Office or JAF, and your passport. All three are required. It is recommended to obtain the translation before departure to avoid being unable to pick up the car on-site.
All vehicles listed under FUKU RENT-A-CAR come with basic insurance as required by Japanese law. Deductibles and detailed coverage vary by vehicle; please refer to the individual vehicle registration card for details. For complete exclusions, you can purchase the Super Peace of Mind Plan on gogoout, which waives the deductible for vehicle damage and covers NOC (Normally Insured) business loss charges, giving you greater peace of mind when renting a car.
FUKU RENT-A-CAR currently only offers pick-up and drop-off at the original store and does not support rental by one party and return by another.
FUKU RENT-A-CAR offers the following equipment: Convertible Car Seat、ETC Rental. Some items are limited in quantity or may require an additional charge; it is recommended to select these items when making a reservation or check with the store beforehand to confirm availability.
FUKU RENT-A-CAR offers ETC card rental, allowing you to directly use ETC lanes on Japanese highways. Toll fees will be settled upon return of the vehicle or deducted according to your ETC card type. Please select ETC card rental when booking the vehicle.
