網站上租車地只有一處，沒提到有"近高鐵"跟"近機場"2種選擇，沒想到當天到高鐵站附近要取車時告知車子在機場附近…，繞了好大一圈又去機場附近取車，店家說有傳簡訊加line要確定取車地點，可是我們沒加line也沒回覆，所以這種狀況通常就是機場取車(無言)…，第一，我沒回覆你們的話你們可以打電話確認，現在垃圾簡訊那麼多，已經很少有人會看簡訊了。第二，建議商家可在網站上備註有2個取車地，這樣不管你有沒有傳簡訊，我都會主動跟商家聯絡以確認取車地點。

在處理租車押金時，碰上無法成功刷海外信用卡抵押，最後是透過在地朋友有台灣號碼才解決得了。車內的導航不太好用，故最後自己用了Google Map去導航。

店家只以自己的規則為中心，到現場後一大堆自己的規定： 強迫當場加line 但又不讀訊息、 強迫當場加保險 卻不預定前說明遊戲規則、 不清楚自己的車況，還要租車人拍外觀瑕疵給他⋯ 光辦理牽車就拖了快半小時，還一副是我們趕時間不是他們動作慢⋯租過那麼多次的車，這家店最扯。 還有車裡留下的東西頗多，說禁止吸菸，裡面還有前人留下的打火機。
