Yes, NICHU AUTO offers a paid rental service where one party rents and the other returns the item. Please contact gogoout customer service for details on the scope of services offered.
Yes. Full refund is available if cancelled 6 days or more before pickup; a 50% refund is available if cancelled 3 days or more before pickup. No refund will be issued if the above conditions are not met.

To rent a car in Japan, you will need your original Taiwanese driver's license, a Japanese translation of your driver's license issued by the Motor Vehicle Office or JAF, and your passport. All three are required. It is recommended to obtain the translation before departure to avoid being unable to pick up the car on-site.
All vehicles listed under NICHU AUTO come with basic insurance as required by Japanese law. Deductibles and detailed coverage vary by vehicle; please refer to the individual vehicle registration card for details. For complete exclusions, you can purchase the Super Peace of Mind Plan on gogoout, which waives the deductible for vehicle damage and covers NOC (Normally Insured) business loss charges, giving you greater peace of mind when renting a car.

If you return the car after the agreed time, NICHU AUTO will calculate the overtime fee according to the vehicle's overtime policy. If your plans change, it is recommended that you contact the dealership or gogoout customer service in advance to coordinate and avoid additional charges.
In Japan, where Japan is located, vehicles drive on the left side of the road, the opposite of Taiwan. Therefore, all vehicles in NICHU AUTO are right-hand drive. When driving in Japan for the first time, it is recommended to slow down, familiarize yourself with the steering wheel, wipers, and turn signals before accelerating.
