第一次跟貴公司預約的感受很差，原因是合作的廠商搞了很大的烏龍，我一直到下飛機後的一個多小時都還沒有任何人主動與我聯繫，最後是我自己主動找到gogoout的客服，客服幫我聯繫沖繩當地的租車公司，租車公司再派人加我聯繫方式，才聯繫上，此時我下飛機已經超過兩個小時了，在詢問沒有與我聯繫的原因後，得知“日本防火牆的問題”導致沒辦法加到我的ＬＩＮＥ，此時我就很納悶，難道因為這樣就放任我跟家人在整個機場到處找人嗎？最讓我不悅的地方是服務態度，租車公司給我的態度是“反正你人上車就好，何必計較剛剛那兩個多小時的空擋？” 而且我在禮貌私訊租車公司時也被已讀不回，再次傳訊息才勉強敷衍了事...我不知道貴公司篩選合作廠商的標準是什麼？但我因為這次事件十分不滿意，就連在事情結束後，我要釐清事情到底為何會發生，私訊貴公司的LINE窗口，也遭到已讀不回... 不知道是什麼樣的心態才會有如此行為？是覺得反正都租車完了有什麼好抱怨的？還是？ 若得不到一個合理的回覆，我會與身旁親友們跟社群平台發布此狀況。

The process was a little scary at pickup because of the language barrier. It was a bit unconventional, but everything turned out alright. Other than that, everything went smoothly. I needed a jump start on my second of having the car, and they were able to be there within 15-20 minutes. They were the nicest and sweetest people ever! Highly recommend. Thank you for your excellent service!
