租車公司的資訊與平台不同步，這次訂車明明訂的是3年內的車，到租車公司盡然給13年非常舊的車，當下立即反應，還沒有其他的車可以換，同時間也馬上跟租車平台反應，雖然租車平台有立即與租車公司聯繫，但也是沒辦法馬上解決換車事項，後續處理聯繫也很慢，都是我們主動聯繫！ 一直到第二天下午6點，租車公司才幫我們換回新車，四天的行程就有兩天，因為車子的事情心情受到影響。

當初是看評價不錯以及車款有行車紀錄器所以選擇這家租車。 1. 從取行李到等店家來接送時等了將大約50分鐘 (事前有提前聯絡店家，店家說大約等待20分鐘) 2. 接送司機開車時有單手使用手機 3. 車上異味非常重 4. 預定的車款是有行車紀錄器，但店家提供給我們的車並沒有行車紀錄器，並且在我們反映過後完全沒有任何補救措施 結論 非常不推薦
