Yes. Full refund is available if cancelled 6 days or more before pickup; a 50% refund is available if cancelled 3 days or more before pickup. No refund will be issued if the above conditions are not met. Detailed refund terms will be displayed on the booking page.

When picking up your car at YuanShan Car Rental, please bring your original driver's license, identification document, and the credit card used for the reservation. It is recommended to double-check your driver's license validity before picking up the car to avoid any issues.

Every vehicle owned by YuanShan Car Rental is insured with mandatory motor vehicle liability insurance in accordance with the law. Other coverages, such as third-party liability insurance and vehicle damage insurance, vary depending on the vehicle, and the deductible for vehicle damage also varies depending on the model. Please refer to the card for each model for the actual details.

YuanShan Car Rental does not offer shuttle service; you will need to pick up and return the vehicle at the store. The store is located at No. 121, Qiaohe Rd., Zhonghe Dist., New Taipei City 235 , Taiwan, Zhonghe District, New Taipei City . Please refer to the Google Map link at the top of this page for transportation information.

YuanShan Car Rental currently only offers pick-up and drop-off at the original store and does not support rental by one party and return by another.

When renting a car at YuanShan Car Rental, the driver's license and age requirements are as follows:

• Driver license needs to be held more than 1 year

We recommend that you confirm that you meet the above requirements before making a reservation. If you have any questions, you can ask gogoout customer service for confirmation before renting a car.

If you return the car after the agreed time, YuanShan Car Rental will calculate the overtime fee according to the vehicle's overtime policy. If your plans change, it is recommended that you contact the dealership or gogoout customer service in advance to coordinate and avoid additional charges.

The YuanShan Car Rental vehicle model has a daily mileage limit, for example, 400 kilometers per day. For each kilometer exceeding this limit ("daily limit × rental period"), an overage fee of TWD5 will be charged. Actual overage fees vary depending on the vehicle model; please refer to the specific details page for each vehicle.
