| About the Store | 送迎ご希望のお客様は、必ず乗車便名、到着時間の入力お願いいたします。
※那覇空港送迎のご案内
那覇空港ターミナルビル3F・5～6番出入口から外へ出て頂いた周辺で待ち合わせとなります。
那覇空港の渋滞が酷く、繁忙期は特に悪化します。ターミナルビル周辺での長時間停車ができない為、
待ち合わせ場所に着きましたら、送迎用の携帯電話にご連絡をお願いします。
数分以内に送迎車が到着させますので、それから店舗へのご案内・出発の流れとなります。
※那覇空港レンタカー送迎スペース及び、駐車場スペースが大変混雑しておりますので、
特にお盆や年末年始等のハイシーズン時期は沖縄都市モノレール「赤嶺駅」からの送迎を《推奨》しております。
那覇空港からは片道3分、1駅で到着いたします。
移動にかかった運賃はレンタカー利用料金から割引させていただきます。
ご返却後の営業所から那覇空港への送迎は実施しております。
※営業時間9:00～20:00 予約がある場合のみ23:00の対応(特別営業時間対応 有料追加オプションで申し込みのみの対応になります。)
※当日ご来店される際は以下のものをお持ちください。
運転免許 ( 運転される方全員必要です)

Yes, UNITED Rent a Car offers shuttle service at Naha Airport、Akamine Station. Please confirm the meeting point and time with the car rental company after making your reservation. The reservation confirmation email will contain the car rental company's contact information.
Yes. Full refund is available if cancelled 6 days or more before pickup; a 50% refund is available if cancelled 3 days or more before pickup. No refund will be issued if the above conditions are not met.

To rent a car in Japan, you will need your original Taiwanese driver's license, a Japanese translation of your driver's license issued by the Motor Vehicle Office or JAF, and your passport. All three are required. It is recommended to obtain the translation before departure to avoid being unable to pick up the car on-site.
All vehicles listed under UNITED Rent a Car come with basic insurance as required by Japanese law. Deductibles and detailed coverage vary by vehicle; please refer to the individual vehicle registration card for details. For complete exclusions, you can purchase the Super Peace of Mind Plan on gogoout, which waives the deductible for vehicle damage and covers NOC (Normally Insured) business loss charges, giving you greater peace of mind when renting a car.
