Yes. Full refund is available if cancelled 6 days or more before pickup; a 50% refund is available if cancelled 3 days or more before pickup. No refund will be issued if the above conditions are not met.

To rent a car in Japan, you will need your original Taiwanese driver's license, a Japanese translation of your driver's license issued by the Motor Vehicle Office or JAF, and your passport. All three are required. It is recommended to obtain the translation before departure to avoid being unable to pick up the car on-site.
All vehicles listed under [JR Rent-A-Car] Chino Shop come with basic insurance as required by Japanese law. Deductibles and detailed coverage vary by vehicle; please refer to the individual vehicle registration card for details.
