Yes. Full refund is available if cancelled 6 days or more before pickup; a 50% refund is available if cancelled 3 days or more before pickup. No refund will be issued if the above conditions are not met.

If you return the car after the agreed time, Ho Shin CAR RENTAL will calculate the overtime fee according to the vehicle's overtime policy. If your plans change, it is recommended that you contact the dealership or gogoout customer service in advance to coordinate and avoid additional charges.
The Ho Shin CAR RENTAL vehicle model has a daily mileage limit, for example, 400 kilometers per day. For each kilometer exceeding this limit ("daily limit × rental period"), an overage fee of TWD3 will be charged.
