英文中文都不通，聯絡上都是用Line的英文日文翻譯，有時候溝通上蠻有問題的。另外如果要加全保險的話，一天大概會再多6百多。另外很重要！店家對於取車以及還車時間都抓得非常嚴格，有些租車公司會以完整的收費時間來作為租還標準，所以建議大家租的時候盡量抓整天，比較不會吃虧。 車子是10年的車子跟網站上面所說的兩年內或六年內都不一樣，可以接受的話再選擇這一家會比較好。在機場接送的時候可能人力不是很充足，所以都要提早非常久約比較沒辦法像其他公司一樣半小時或是15分鐘就有一班，相較來說比較沒有彈性，而且地點比較遠一點搭計程車也是一筆費用，當然都是要自己叫車自己處理喔

偏貴，車輛故障需要換車，開下去跟車行浪費了旅遊的時間與心情，多了一筆過路費與油錢，卻沒有額外補償，單純換車而已

For car rentals at Open car Rental HABA, the deposit amount and related regulations are as follows:

  • Deposit of TWD10,000 must be paid on-site.
The deposit will be refunded after the car is returned and confirmed to be in undamaged condition. Please confirm the refund method with the store when picking up the car.
