Yes. Full refund is available if cancelled 6 days or more before pickup; a 50% refund is available if cancelled 3 days or more before pickup. No refund will be issued if the above conditions are not met. Detailed refund terms will be displayed on the booking page.

When picking up your car at sanying-rent, please bring your original driver's license, identification document, and the credit card used for the reservation. It is recommended to double-check your driver's license validity before picking up the car to avoid any issues.

Every vehicle owned by sanying-rent is insured with mandatory motor vehicle liability insurance in accordance with the law. Other coverages, such as third-party liability insurance and vehicle damage insurance, vary depending on the vehicle, and the deductible for vehicle damage also varies depending on the model. Please refer to the card for each model for the actual details.

sanying-rent does not offer shuttle service; you will need to pick up and return the vehicle at the store. The store is located at No. 67, Fuxing Rd., Sanxia District, New Taipei City . Please refer to the Google Map link at the top of this page for transportation information.

sanying-rent currently only offers pick-up and drop-off at the original store and does not support rental by one party and return by another.

For car rentals at sanying-rent, the deposit amount and related regulations are as follows:

• Deposit of TWD10,000 must be paid on-site.

The deposit will be refunded after the car is returned and confirmed to be in undamaged condition. Please confirm the refund method with the store when picking up the car.

sanying-rent offers the following equipment: Convertible Car Seat. Some items are limited in quantity or may require an additional charge; it is recommended to select these items when making a reservation or check with the store beforehand to confirm availability.

If you return the car after the agreed time, sanying-rent will calculate the overtime fee according to the vehicle's overtime policy. If your plans change, it is recommended that you contact the dealership or gogoout customer service in advance to coordinate and avoid additional charges.
