Yes. Full refund is available if cancelled 6 days or more before pickup; a 50% refund is available if cancelled 3 days or more before pickup. No refund will be issued if the above conditions are not met.

When picking up your car at Ace-car Rental, please bring your original driver's license, identification document, and the credit card used for the reservation. It is recommended to double-check your driver's license validity before picking up the car to avoid any issues.
Every vehicle owned by Ace-car Rental is insured with mandatory motor vehicle liability insurance in accordance with the law. Other coverages, such as third-party liability insurance and vehicle damage insurance, vary depending on the vehicle, and the deductible for vehicle damage also varies depending on the model. Please refer to the card for each model for the actual details.
Ace-car Rental does not offer shuttle service; you will need to pick up and return the vehicle at the store. The store is located at 1F., No.64, Sec. 3, Chengde Rd.,, Datong District, Taipei City . Please refer to the Google Map link at the top of this page for transportation information.
Ace-car Rental currently only offers pick-up and drop-off at the original store and does not support rental by one party and return by another.
Ace-car Rental offers the following equipment: Convertible Car Seat. Some items are limited in quantity or may require an additional charge; it is recommended to select these items when making a reservation or check with the store beforehand to confirm availability.
