CHIH-HANG Car Rental - Banqiao High Speed ​​Rail

I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the recent car rental service provided by your company. The vehicle I rented was in poor condition, with the right door unable to open, leaving only one accessible door for passengers. This was inconvenient and potentially hazardous, especially for children and the elderly. Despite bringing this to your attention, no alternative was offered, and I was informed that I had chosen a cheaper option. Additionally, the windscreen was unclear in rainy conditions, compromising safety. Your customer service response was inadequate, ignoring my complaint. This lack of transparency and poor service is unacceptable. I expect a refund or explanation for this poor service. I never experienced such poor service and product before

以往都是租用其他大型租車品牌，首次光顧這類加盟店不免有些擔心服務水平，使用過後證明自己杞人憂天。店員態度親切招呼周到，獲分配的車輛是本田Fit型號，里數不算太高未足四萬公里，車況良好只有輕微花痕，唯一吐嘈的是車輪清潔程度只是一般，水撥水箱也未加滿要自行動手，但是租金比其他大型租車品牌便宜不少，所以將來有需要還會再來租車。

取車位置距離板橋高鐵站稍遠，建議可再詳細估算，以免消費者有時間急迫性，又路不熟，易造成危險！
