First timer booked Pony car rental service but was quite disappointed that Pony car rental didn't update their new address location to their users via email inform . After long finding , lucky met Taiwanese car park uncle nearby guide us the way to the new address . Overall exterior and interior of the car still ok . Gogoout should included the full motor insurance coverage packages for all users , hope to see improvement for the whole car rental process in near future . Thank you .

The rental process is smooth, the car is clean and new.
Miles is a bit higher than normal for nearly year car.
The location is very convenient, 10 mins walk from the HST station as described.
The price is relatively lower than most of the car rental for international license driver like me. The back up cam for the car is useful in day time only, coz there is no assist light.

Overall, we are very happy with the service provided. We arrived late to pick up the car and they stayed open for us to provide the keys. We also accidentally left our phone in the hire car and the staff member contacted us and delivered the phone at the railway station. Great service provided by the staff.
