IWS Car Rental (Taoyuan Airport)

The car was new and very good. The toll for the highway was also calculated when I returned the car. The navigation system was in Chinese and difficult to understand, but I was able to use it with Apple CarPlay.

店家不會主動聯絡，要到達機場後打電話，店家會派車接送，取車還車很快，車輛很新，不過座椅有污垢

整體上都令人滿意。唯一是機場接送方面，聯絡上有點阻滞，因為開始出機場時只有電話號碼聯絡，並沒有whatsapp 或Line可以聯絡上。手機只有數據漫遊，沒有手機號碼作通電話用，有啲麻煩。

租車前可以打客服詢問合適的車型。租車時有接送服務，解說也清楚，車子也很乾淨。還車的時候，還幫我們叫計程車。工作人員很貼心。
