Cancellation Policies
On gogoout, the partner dealership can choose between three cancellation policies (Super Flexible, Flexible, Moderate or Strict). These policies are implemented to protect the right and interests between the leaser and the partner dealership. Description of the cancellation policy is on the order details, leaser can cancel the booking by clicking "Cancel Booking" button on the order in the members account.
- 1. Booking cancellation is based on date, and the details are as shown in the following examples.
- 2. The non-refundable fee from the cancellation of the booking, gogoout will issued the electronic receipt through the default email address that set up by the leaser after the day after the scheduled return date of the booking. For the receipt of add-on products, please refer to the product’s instruction.
- 3. The trail period is "15 minutes" after completing the booking with free cancellation. The leaser acknowledges and agree to have read, understood, and agreed to the cancellation policy from the partner dealership.
- (Flexible) Free cancellation 3 days before the pick-up time. Cancellation made before 2 days of the pick-up time will refund 50% of the rent fee. No refund within 2 days prior to the pick-up time.
- (Moderate) Free cancellation 6 days before the pick-up time. Cancellation made before 3 days of the pick-up time will refund 50% of the rent fee. No refund within 3 days prior to the pick-up time.
- (Strict) Free cancellation 9 days before the pick-up time. Cancellation made before 4 days of the pick-up time will refund 50% of the rent fee. No refund within 3 days prior to the pick-up time.
- (Super Flexible) Free cancellation 1 days before the pick-up time. No refund within 24 hours of the pick-up time.
