整體來說不錯，但沒有官方賴可以聯絡，只有電子郵件，若遇到比較緊急的事情沒辦法即時聯絡畢竟麻煩一點。

很開心這次能跟雲天租車租這台Luxgen M7，有電動滑門真的很方便。 約在機場交車有專人服務，流程很快也車上也很乾淨。 店家也有裝胎壓偵測和行車紀錄器，車上手機架雖然不是很理想但也還算能用，整體保養得還不錯。 以這個價格能租到這台車真的超划算。
距離電車站不遠，取車還車快速 還車時下雨，老闆還貼心的給我一把傘使用，讚👍
建議租車前幾天先在email確認怎麼與店家聯繫，中途若有疑問也便於詢問。 租車時店員會協助連接藍牙，感覺很不錯。 租到的車除了上坡的起步以及加速很爛之外，其餘的方面都很不錯，蠻好開的。 在官網租車時可以選擇要不要加保險，但是是要到現場加購，我去的店家可刷卡或付現，加保NOC一天是3000日幣，如果是在營業時間外還車的話要加3000日幣，不確定是否每家一樣。 整體都蠻方便的。
非常用心、服務很棒的店家，接送的服務很棒，價格也很實惠，讓我的沖繩之旅有很棒的回憶。
