Penghu Fireworks Festival 2026: dates, locations and event schedule (to be announced)
From May through June, the fireworks go off every Monday and Thursday at 21:00 at the Guanyinting Recreation Area in Magong City. In July they switch to every Tuesday at 21:00, while the outlying islands of Qimei, Wang’an and Jibei each get one show at 20:00 — 25 spectacular fireworks shows in all!
This year’s theme is a dream collaboration with “Dragon Ball Z,” with photo-op figures and a theme park, plus drone and fireworks shows and stage events!
