- 駕照需持滿一年
- 免費水頭碼頭取車
- 加強車內消毒
- 進口車須年滿25歲
- 駕駛或同行人需攜帶本人信用卡取車
- 不提供寵物上車服務
- 抵達後致電門市人員接送
- 僅提供日語服務
- 保險升級於現場加購

- 燃油政策：滿油取還
- 退訂政策：(嚴格) 取車日9天前免費取消預約，4天前取消將退50%的租金，未符合條件不退款。

Very good experience, nice car and efficient service

The RAV4 was very new and clean inside and out. The car was delivered to the city hotel and handing over paperwork was done at the hotel so it was convenient. Also sent us to the airport from the return point. It was a good experience and will use them again in future.
