行前確認服務好，現場租車過程細心說明，接送服務很棒

有提供接送服務，車子很整潔，日本車後車廂偏小，行李箱多或大的，建議租比所需人數多1-2人的用的車子，這次3人用車，租五人座的剛好，且員工都為中文人士，有問題詢問都能得到回覆，還車也很快速，不會嚴苛，下次有需要可以再租用。

We have additinally paid the full coverage of insurance. Nut when we return the car, they charged us 20,000 yen due to a small, unobvious scratch because they said we didnt call the police. However, when we purchased the insurance, they didnt inform us that need to call the police when there’s a scratch. If it’s a necessary process even we have purchased the full coverage, they should inform us in advance! The scratch is sooo blurry and i dont thick they will do anything about it but just want to earn 20K yen from us. Unbelievavle bad behavior on this case. Does not recommend!!

車很新，服務很好，還可以寄放行李，有機場接送，中文服務，有機會還會再去租車

有中文服務人員，有機場接送，會先加Line方便聯繫，租用前兩天都有語音電話通知，現場解說清楚，有加保免責任險避免不必要的問題，下次有機會再租用~很棒的體驗，謝謝
