A little bit of a problem on how to call the shuttle for a pick up from the Fukuoka Int'l Airport as OKS does not have a counter. You will need to dial the number on the confirmation letter to arrange pick up. OKS is a small operation, however the staff was helpful. They speak English, Chinese and Japanese. In case of any questions, you can add them to Whatsapp. They sent me the google map for their location as well as the closest gas station before returning the car, which was helpful. The car itself was clean, however OKS does not provide an ETC card which is a bit inconvenient. All in all, the experience was fine.
