Took 10-15min to find my booking. Then when I get the car, didn’t explain enough to tell me how to use the car.

Poor experience. The driver’s seat have a broken back. I had to sit on my handbag to drive. And I was not told of this defect when I collected the car. Fair service. There were no confirmation from the rental company. I had to call them from a payphone to confirm the dates and pickup location.
