A very helpful company at its off airport site. I have requested pick up and set down. Arrival instruction was clear and pick up was quick. Paperwork at their office airport office was OK: some are mainly in Chinese with brief but adequate English translation. The two ladies, one of them a Ms Chen whose surname is the same as mine in Chinese, spoke good English for my British friends to understand as well. The vehicle was clean inside and out. I was shown the paperwork, the owner's manual, and given some demonstration of key features. It was very nice to drive and everything worked well. We returned early and had to wait a bit for them to open shop: apparently their main office is in central Taipei and the airport Branch is manned only on demand from the customer; but no problem as I have built in spare time. Overall very smooth operation and competitive price and I shall consider Chih Hang again.
