早班取車服務人員態度冷漠，無笑容，隔日還車，接車人員也差不多，下次應該不會使用這個平台了

First timer booked Pony car rental service but was quite disappointed that Pony car rental didn't update their new address location to their users via email inform . After long finding , lucky met Taiwanese car park uncle nearby guide us the way to the new address . Overall exterior and interior of the car still ok . Gogoout should included the full motor insurance coverage packages for all users , hope to see improvement for the whole car rental process in near future . Thank you .

The rental process is smooth, the car is clean and new. Miles is a bit higher than normal for nearly year car. The location is very convenient, 10 mins walk from the HST station as described. The price is relatively lower than most of the car rental for international license driver like me. The back up cam for the car is useful in day time only, coz there is no assist light.

Overall, we are very happy with the service provided. We arrived late to pick up the car and they stayed open for us to provide the keys. We also accidentally left our phone in the hire car and the staff member contacted us and delivered the phone at the railway station. Great service provided by the staff.

我的車因提前1日完成車廠修車，爰租車申請提前還車。 依據交通部訂的小客車定型化契約規定提前還車可申請退還剩下租金，且店家(小馬租車)小客車租賃契約書第六條亦規定得請求退還每滿一日部分之租金。 惟gogoout說明該公司只是網路平台，並非租賃業者，不適用政府規定。不得退費已違反政府及店家的規定，媒合平台不能走法律漏洞，否則無法保障消費者的權益，相關單位應正視此問題。
